When will my order dispatch?

Your order will dispatch within 24 business hours, except Australia public holidays.

What is delivery timeframe?

Deliver timeframe depends on your postcode, metro area 3-5 business days, remote area 4-7 business days, rural area 7-12 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will automatically receive a shipment notification containing your tracking number.

You may see a pending status if you track your order as soon as you receive the email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to be updated onto the website.

Can I change the delivery address in my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will have 2 hours to email your request to: sales@candoray.com.au to make any amendments, including editing your order items, updating the address, or cancelling your order for a full refund. After this time frame has passed, we are unable to intercept or modify your order.

I received the wrong product in my order

Please check your order confirmation email to ensure the products you received match your order.

If you have ordered the incorrect size and would like to return the item, please submit a request via our return page. All returns will be processed as refunds, we are unable to facilitate exchanges for change of mind, or incorrectly placed orders.

If you believe the products you have received were incorrectly packed by our warehouse team, please contact sales@candoray.com.au with photos of the incorrect products. We will be happy to investigate for you as priority.

There is an item missing/damaged in my order

We apologise that you are experiencing an issue with your order.

Missing items

For missing items, please ensure you have checked inside all items in the order and checked through the packing materials.

Sometimes items can be packed inside another item for safety such as inside the Hard Shell Suitcase. Smaller items can sometimes be hidden within packing materials.

Damaged items

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty please email : sales@candoray.com.au with your order number and photos of the damage for assessment.
