TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between candoray (“we,” “us,” “our”) and any user (“you,” “your”) who accesses, browses, or purchases goods through our website, associated platforms, or services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services.

3.3 candoray is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
4. Orders and Acceptance
4.1 All Orders constitute an offer by you to purchase Goods from candoray.
4.2 We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to accept or reject any Order for any reason, including but not limited to:
unavailability of Goods;
inaccuracies in pricing or product information;
suspected unlawful or fraudulent activity;
payment processing issues.
4.3 An Order is not deemed accepted until you receive an Order Confirmation from us.
4.4 We may cancel an Order after acceptance if we are unable to fulfil it. In such cases, we will issue a refund for any amounts paid.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
5.2 Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, but such changes will not affect Orders already accepted.
5.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an Order.
5.4 We accept payment methods displayed at checkout, including major credit cards and secure third-party payment gateways.
5.5 You warrant that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 We will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch Orders within the timeframes indicated on the Website.
6.2 Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and are not guarantees. candoray is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
6.3 Risk of loss or damage to Goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
6.4 You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If Goods are returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed parcel, or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping or redelivery fees may apply.
6.5 Title to the Goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment for the Goods.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 Returns are governed by our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7.2 Change-of-mind returns may be offered at our discretion and may be subject to conditions, including restocking fees and return shipping charges.
7.3 You must notify us within the specified timeframes for faulty, damaged, or incorrect Goods.
7.4 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once Goods are returned and inspected, unless otherwise required by the ACL.
8. Warranties
8.1 Goods may come with a manufacturer’s warranty or a retailer warranty offered by candoray.

9.2 If Goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy in accordance with the ACL. Remedies may include repair, replacement, refund, or compensation depending on the circumstances.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All content on the Website, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design elements, is owned or licensed by candoray.
10.2 You must not reproduce, publish, store, or distribute such content without our express written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, candoray disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury arising from use of the Services or Goods.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
